Section 2: Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Photographs

1. Copyright

All photographs remain the exclusive property of the photographer and Ambermotive Photography. Purchasing a photograph does not transfer copyright ownership. The buyer is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the image under the conditions outlined below.

2. Usage Rights

• Photographs are sold for personal use only.

• The images may not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, resale, or merchandise production, without explicit prior written permission from Ambermotive Photography.
   

3. Attribution

• If the photograph is published in any article, online post, or print publication, proper credit must be given to the photographer.

• Credits must read as follows: Ambermotive Photography (tagged if on social media)

• Failure to provide proper credit may result in the revocation of the usage license and/or additional charges.
   

4. Restrictions

• The buyer may not alter, edit, or manipulate the image in any way that distorts its integrity without the photographer's consent.

• Sharing or distributing the photograph to third parties without written permission is prohibited.

• Unauthorized commercial use of the photographs will be subject to legal action and/or financial penalties.
   

5. Non-Transferable License

As a motorsport photography outlet, Ambermotive Photography may use the photographs to promote motorsport-related content, but this does not affect the buyer's personal usage license.
